- Provide digital photos of the property condition before and after tenancy period.

- Management of service requests and repairs.
- Liaison with key stakeholders regarding repairs and advice on process and timing – company, tenant and landlord.
- Manage any disputes pertaining to repairs and maintenance.
- Provide the necessary quotations and ensure agreement is reached on the cost and contractors to perform the work.
- Ensure that air-conditioners or other such equipment are maintained and serviced as specified by landlords including procuring the services.
- Coordinate the invoices for work that the company or the tenant is responsible for.
- Ensure that all contractors engaged to deliver services are reputable, reliable and efficient.
- Maintain copies of all tenancy agreements and provide advance notice when agreements are due to expire.
- Manage required documentation, any related tenancy issues outstanding.
- Advise owner when security deposit can be returned to the tenant.
